Khabat Thermal Power Plant with 2X150 MW Capacity is started with Gama Energy’s investment and after it is completed, it will make a significant contribution to Iraq with an annual production of 1,600 GWh of energy.
The project has a critical mission there, so Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government also takes care this project seriously. Expected end date of the project is in the last quarter 2017 and site works are continuing at full speed.
Ex-proof and special detection equipments (flame, probe type, linear) are used according to the site needs in the risk area. Additionally, water and gas extinguishing systems are activeted by addressable detection equipments.
All panels are communicated over a network infrastructure. In this way, even with a single panel, site monitoring and control can be achieved.
